In recognition of National Volunteer Appreciation week, Charleston Promise Neighborhood would like to recognize the diverse, dedicated group of tireless volunteers that supports the mission of Charleston Promise Neighborhood in our schools and the larger surrounding Charleston community.
The important and impactful work of nonprofits throughout the Lowcountry would not be possible without the efforts of volunteers that make our communities better and safer places to live, work, and recreate.
During the previous year, Charleston Promise Neighborhood has completed numerous projects and hosted events utilizing the assistance of volunteers. Projects/events leveraging the contributions of volunteers for 2017/2018 included:
