Founding Partners

CPN was founded by county and city stakeholders – Charleston County, the City of Charleston, the city of North Charleston, and the Charleston County School District. Our founders have been dedicated to helping create access and breakdown barriers to opportunities. Their long-standing commitment has been essential to sustaining and strengthening CPN’s critical programs. Together, we continue to generate solutions to provide tools, so kids can fully participate in an education experience that is transformative, and that they and residents, are offered healthcare and social services that set families up to thrive.
